Supreme Court; the new Clown King

Justice has always been debated, as the Goddess of Justice, Justitia, can’t see.

No wonder, during the past few years, most of the Supreme Court’s judgments have been produced in silos, away from the ground reality. From the one-sided decision on Jalikattu to the height of Dahi Handi to the verdict on the Sabarimala case to its latest verdict on banning the bursting of crackers through the length and breadth of this country. Every verdict lacks wisdom, lack of understanding of tradition and a complete disdain for the sentiments of the majority.

The SC The Supreme Court on Tuesday clarified that the directions issued by it against the bursting of firecrackers were not just for Delhi-NCR but also for all states. SC felt Diwali was just a festival of light and not about noise and crackers. And that does not surprise me. With our judiciary infested with wokes, liberals and illiterates who never let go of an opportunity to prove to us, the majority, how helpless we are, it would be only logical to assume that the SC has no idea about the significance of Pitra paksh leading to Diwali and our Pitars going back during that period being linked to lights and crackers.

My Lords would not even be aware that on Independence Day, July 4th, the USA uses 1 billion Worth of firecrackers, which is 5 times more than what India uses in a whole year.

Wrapped in the colour green, spewing venom via their judgement towards Hindus, I dare the My Lords to even think of banning the gruesome animal killing during Bakri-Id. In Hyderabad alone, 5300 tonnes of the carcass is thrown during Bakri-id. In Bengaluru, for 14 lakh Muslims, 4 lakh animals are Killed on Eid, generating 1700 tonnes of animal waste which are just buried in pits near Kogilu on the city outskirts. Even Islam never asked to kill innocent animals. But then, to pass such a judgement needs balls, and we all know that the SC has pawned it to the ‘Sar Tan Se juda gang.

Going by SC’s logic, the US would stop chopping 30 million trees yearly during Christmas.

I am glad that Delhi and the nation showed a middle finger to the SC and every My Lord by bursting crackers to their hearts’ content.

My Lord, the country has changed and people are in no mood to take your nonsense any more.

I hope you know that your salaries are being paid using the taxpayers’ money, your house, your car, your vacation, the people of this nation fund everything and that you are also just a public servant. So stop acting like some Monarch. Remember, every one of them was overthrown. Read history, and you will know.
