The Best CEO

While we, the educated and literate class, people with a chip on their shoulders, discussed and debated technology, ROI, inclusion, brand extension, AI, and its impact, this man single-handedly changed the landscape of this nation, the world and generations to come.

He is responsible for a record number of completed infra projects: roads to airports; a record number of new AIIMS, IITs and IIMs; a record number of start-ups; a record number of satellites and the list is exhaustive.

His most significant achievement, however, has been reviving Sanatan Dharam and giving it the glory it deserves. Unlike any political leader and former Prime minister, he is unapologetic about his faith, never hesitating even for a minute to show his real devout Hindu side.

He has inspired millions, the younger generation in particular. He has created a legacy, national pride and a well-deserved tribute to the glorious Sanatan culture by Reviving holy Hindu shrines and pilgrimage centres, Kashi to Kedarnath.

You can argue that the court’s order paved the way for temple construction., but the well-known reality is that had it not been for this wonderous, committed person, despite the court’s order, the construction of Ram Temple would have been a distant reality.

We ought to learn a thing or two from this man:
1. Long-term vision and focus
2. Resolve and grit to achieve what we have set our eyes on, irrespective of what people around us say
3. Planning and attention to details
4. Constant review and updating
5. Being consumed by the goal 24x7
6. Avoiding shortcut

In some parallel universe, this man would have surely been hired by some large corporation to plan their roadmap for 2045
